Terms & Conditions — abc65 Platform Agreement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or place any wager on abc65. This is a strict and non-negotiable requirement. abc65 applies age verification checks during the registration process and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age — including a Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) or a valid passport — at any point during the account's lifetime, and in particular before processing any withdrawal request.

In addition to the age requirement, you must satisfy all of the following conditions to be eligible to use the Platform:

• You are acting as an individual, on your own behalf, and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You have not been excluded from gambling services, whether voluntarily through abc65's self-exclusion tools or through any other mechanism.
• You are not a current employee, director, contractor, consultant, or close family member of an employee or director of abc65 or any of its affiliated companies or technology providers.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where accessing online gambling services is explicitly prohibited by applicable local law.
• You have not previously had an abc65 account closed for a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

abc65 reserves the right to carry out additional eligibility checks at any time. If it is determined at any stage that a user does not meet the eligibility criteria — including the 18+ age requirement — the account will be closed immediately. Any real-money balance at the time of closure that was deposited by the user (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the original payment method used for deposit, subject to the account closure and verification process described in Section 7.

3.1 Registration Requirements

To register an account on abc65, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, a valid email address, and a Bangladesh mobile number. You agree to update your account information promptly whenever any detail changes. abc65 is not responsible for any service disruption or loss arising from inaccurate information provided at registration.

You are permitted to hold only one account on the Platform. If abc65 detects that a single individual holds multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names or contact details — all associated accounts will be suspended pending investigation. Any bonus funds credited to duplicate accounts will be forfeited in full. Real-money deposits may be returned to the original payment source at abc65's discretion following investigation.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP (One-Time Password) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Any activity carried out under your account credentials is considered to have been conducted by you, and you bear full financial and legal responsibility for all such activity.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify abc65 immediately by contacting support at [email protected]. abc65 will investigate and, where appropriate, temporarily suspend the account to prevent further unauthorised access pending resolution.

3.3 KYC Verification

abc65 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in order to verify the identity and age of all account holders. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents at any stage:

• Proof of Identity: Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) or valid passport.
• Proof of Age: Any government-issued document confirming your date of birth.
• Proof of Payment Method: Screenshot or confirmation of your registered bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account showing your registered mobile number.

Until KYC verification is completed to abc65's satisfaction, withdrawal requests may be held pending. abc65 reserves the right to request re-verification at any time, including when account activity suggests a change in the account holder's identity or when large or unusual transactions are detected.

3.4 Account Inactivity

An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is considered inactive. abc65 may notify you by email before applying an inactivity status. Accounts that remain inactive for an extended period may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee or closure in accordance with the process described in Section 7. Any remaining real-money balance will be handled in accordance with applicable account closure procedures.

4.1 Deposits

abc65 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for mobile banking methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and ৳500 for card payments. There is no upper limit stated as a platform rule, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your abc65 account within seconds under normal mobile network conditions. Card payments may take between 1 and 5 minutes to be confirmed depending on card issuer processing times. abc65 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own systems or by mobile network congestion.

You must only deposit funds using a payment method registered in your own name. abc65 strictly prohibits third-party deposits — that is, using another person's bKash wallet, bank card, or mobile banking account to fund your abc65 balance. Any account found to have received third-party deposits will be suspended pending investigation, and the deposited funds may be returned to the source payment method rather than credited as playable balance.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. This policy exists to maintain the integrity of the financial trail and to comply with standard anti-money-laundering practices. Withdrawals to a different payment method may be permitted at abc65's discretion following additional verification.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, your account must have completed KYC verification and any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds must be satisfied. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. abc65 aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly; however, processing times may vary based on payment provider availability, verification requirements, and transaction volume at the time of the request.

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until satisfactory documentation is received and reviewed.

5.1 General Wagering Rules

All bets are final once confirmed through the Platform interface. abc65 does not accept requests to cancel, modify, or reverse a confirmed bet except in circumstances where abc65 determines, at its sole discretion, that a manifest error has occurred — for example, an incorrect odds display caused by a technical fault. In such cases, abc65 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the player's balance without liability for any anticipated winnings.

Winnings from settled bets are credited to the player's real-money balance immediately upon settlement. Settlement times vary by product: sports bets are settled following the official conclusion of the relevant event and the confirmation of its result; casino game outcomes are settled in real time upon the conclusion of each game round.

5.2 Sports Betting

In-play betting odds fluctuate in real time throughout a live match. A bet is not confirmed until the Platform returns a successful bet confirmation to the player. In the event of a delay in confirmation caused by network latency or platform load, the odds at the time of final confirmation — not the odds displayed at the time the bet was initiated — will be applied, within any price movement parameters set by abc65.

5.3 Casino Games

abc65's casino section includes live dealer games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Andar Bahar, Teen Patti, and game shows), RNG-powered slot titles from providers including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe, and crash-style games including Aviator. Each game title operates according to its own certified rules, which are displayed within the game interface or the provider's official game information page.

abc65 does not operate or program the RNG or live streaming infrastructure for third-party game titles. The outcomes of all third-party games are determined by the game provider's certified systems. 5.4 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and potential forfeiture of funds:

• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or pricing inconsistencies (commonly referred to as "arbing" or "bonus abuse").
• Coordinated wagering between multiple accounts to manipulate outcomes or trigger bonus payments.
• Any form of money laundering, match-fixing, or collusion with game participants.
• Attempting to access restricted game content, administrative areas, or another player's account without authorisation.

Each bonus offer made available on abc65 will specify its own eligibility criteria, minimum deposit requirement, wagering requirement, game contribution percentages, maximum bet size while bonus funds are active, and expiry period. These specific terms will be displayed on the relevant promotion page and form part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and this general document, the specific promotion terms will take precedence in respect of that offer.

Wagering requirements represent the total amount a player must wager before bonus funds — or winnings derived from bonus funds — become withdrawable as real money. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means that the total bonus amount must be wagered twenty times in eligible games before a withdrawal can be requested. • Unusual, suspicious, or potentially fraudulent account activity as flagged by our risk systems.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, match-fixing, or any other illegal activity conducted through or in connection with the account.
• Receipt of a third-party deposit to the account.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Discovery that a self-excluded player has attempted to circumvent their self-exclusion.

During a suspension, the account holder will be unable to log in, place bets, make deposits, or request withdrawals. abc65 will notify the account holder of the suspension and the reason for it by email to the registered address as soon as practicable, unless doing so would compromise an ongoing investigation.

7.2 Permanent Closure

Following investigation, a suspended account may be permanently closed if the grounds for suspension are substantiated. Upon permanent closure for breach of these Terms & Conditions, abc65 reserves the right to forfeit all bonus funds and, where applicable, any winnings generated through prohibited conduct. Any remaining real-money balance that was legitimately deposited may be returned to the original payment method at abc65's discretion, subject to the completion of any applicable verification requirements.

7.3 Voluntary Closure & Self-Exclusion

You may request to close your abc65 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. If your request is motivated by concerns about problem gambling, abc65 strongly encourages you to request a self-exclusion rather than a simple account closure, as self-exclusion includes additional safeguards against re-registration. The Platform is provided on an "as available" basis. abc65 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be available without interruption, that it will be free of technical errors or defects, or that any particular game, market, or service will remain available at any given time. Planned and unplanned maintenance, third-party infrastructure outages, and force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability of the Platform or parts of it.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, abc65's total liability to any individual user — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — arising from or in connection with that user's use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

abc65 is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any indirect, special, or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to losses arising from:

• Mobile network outages or poor connectivity affecting the ability to place or confirm a bet.
• Payment provider delays or errors affecting the crediting or debiting of funds.
• Incorrect information entered by the user during registration, deposit, or withdrawal.
• Unauthorised access to an account resulting from the user's failure to keep credentials secure.
• The outcome of any game or sports event, which is subject to inherent uncertainty.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit abc65's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of online gaming platforms. Any dispute arising from your use of abc65 that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process will be referred to binding arbitration. abc65's internal complaints process is initiated by contacting [email protected] with a written description of the dispute; abc65 will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and aim to provide a resolution within 14 business days.
